Elien’s vast experience encompasses two key areas:

(1) advising on the tax implications of national and international flows and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, (re)financing transactions, investments, and corporate restructurings; and

(2) assisting clients throughout the tax audit process, resolving tax disputes, and representing them in intricate tax litigation matters.

Elien continuously works for various internationally active groups with Belgian HQ, guiding them through all (international) tax matters they encounter.
