Ben is a partner at Tiberghien. As a lawyer, his area of expertise covers corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions and tax litigation.

Ben joined the firm in 1999 and is a partner since 2002. He is a member of the Antwerp, Brussels and Luxembourg Bar.

Ben is author of tax publications, member of an editing team, instructor at trainings and regular speaker at conferences and seminars. He also is Member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
